Manager, Global Product Business Segment, Polymer Solutions Responsible for achieving all financial targets for the product group, including product pricing, forecasting and monitoring of sales performance on a regular basis Work with supply chain and production to monitor inventory and guide production planning to ensure product availability to meet customer requirements Monitor market developments, trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities, new products and capabilities. Develop a process for prioritization and evaluation of custom inquiries. Support development of proposals with technical teams. Responsible for proposal pricing. Participate in project teams for custom projects to ensure customer requirements are implemented and targets are met on time and on budget. Responsible for the execution of the strategic business plan, including planning and execution of product launch roadmap Participate in negotiation of supply and quality agreements and review final customer contracts prior to execution.
