In this role, you will lead and develop a team of approximately 16 agents specializing in high-risk account collections. Your strategic leadership through coaching and performance management will ensure exceptional quality and productivity. Accountabilities
- Oversee specialized teams focused on high-risk operations and account collections.
- Manage collections across diverse high-risk products.
- Foster a culture aligned with organizational values and strategy.
- Ensure alignment between values, behaviors, and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Define clear goals and expected outcomes for the team.
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing complex escalations.
- Analyze customer needs and provide strategic collection advice.
- Implement loss mitigation processes for non-performing accounts.
- Lead change management initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of credit qualifications and associated risks.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations for collections.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in collaboration and team-oriented work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in remote work environments.
