Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within or supporting an HR PMO environment, ideally on enterprise or cross-functional HR initiatives
Background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma certifications)
Demonstrated success in end-to-end project management, with strong execution skills and a highly organized, detail-oriented approach
Knowledge of and experience with organizational change management principles, including driving adoption and stakeholder engagement (certification a plus)
Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com (preferred)
Job Summary
Responsible for developing analytics and insights to drive human capital strategy and driving informed business decisions. Support the execution of strategic initiatives through partnership with functional SMEs and the HR project management office. Drive process improvement efforts in support of the HR planning and operations function.
