role provides leadership of the vision of Operations and Service Delivery (OSD) by providing and holding OSD caregivers accountable for an outstanding experience that simplifies, innovates, and anticipates how to ease the way of our core leaders and caregivers.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience.

4 additional years of related experience solving complex challenges.

4 years Progressive leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years HR related experience.

Demonstrated track record of creating/implementing large scale programs, working with internal and external partners, setting performance criteria, guidelines and SLAs.
