The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading core human resources functions, with a focus on recruitment, workforce planning, employee experience, and compensation and benefits.
This role partners with leadership to align hiring and workforce strategies with organizational needs, ensure consistent application of HR practices, and support a positive and effective employee experience. The HR Manager balances day-to-day execution with identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen retention, and support leaders in making informed people decisions.
Direct Reports: HR Associates, Talent Acquisition
Schedule: This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or Saturday hours.

Compensation: $101,650 - $116,680.50 annualized, depending on experience.

The pay for a selected candidate is determined by a variety of factors to ensure fair and equitable compensation.
