As a Manager in Training, you will be immersed in all residential managerial duties, including group home and waiver operations. Your responsibilities include maintaining residential finances, participating in team meetings, and implementing corrective action plans in response to internal and external audit findings. You'll also promote natural support systems, attend required training, and ensure consistent stakeholder communication.

Furthermore, you'll oversee medication administration, home maintenance, and documentation while promoting informed choice, person-centered planning, and empowerment among DSPs and persons served. Collaborating with the Call Center, you'll ensure adequate staffing coverage for quality services in residential homes.
