🔑 What You’ll Do:

Learn all aspects of running a Midas store, from sales to operations to team leadership.

Drive sales by connecting with customers, recommending services, and building trust.

Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Take ownership of daily operations with a focus on results, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with upper management to develop the skills and knowledge to advance into a Store Manager position.
