- Be the energy on the sales floor — connecting with customers and driving results
- Learn what it takes to run a successful business (from sales strategies to operations)
- Develop your leadership style by coaching and inspiring a team

- Grow every day toward your future Store Manager role
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or customer service background (retail, restaurant, or similar fast-paced setting)
- A natural people-person with charisma, charm, and presence
- Someone who thrives on goals and loves to win as part of a team
