Manager in Training (MIT)

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or management is preferred.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in cash handling and sales transactions.

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long durations and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
