Description
The Manager – Integration‑SAP Integration Suite / API Management will head the Integration ET – BTP – Delivery team, overseeing design, implementation, and support of SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and EDI solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform. You will partner with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure integrations that meet client objectives and industry standards. This role combines technical leadership with project governance, ensuring high‑quality delivery across multiple US locations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute integration strategies using SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and BTP services.
Lead a team of architects, developers, and consultants in delivering end‑to‑end integration projects.
Architect and implement EDI solutions (AS2, X12, EDIFACT) within the SAP ecosystem.
Establish best practices, standards, and governance for API lifecycle management.
Collaborate with sales and delivery leads to scope and price integration engagements.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and certification.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project health, manage risks, and report status to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Represent Bristlecone at client workshops, industry events, and technical forums.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies, including SAP Integration Suite and API Management.
Proven expertise with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.
Hands‑on experience designing and implementing EDI (AS2, X12, EDIFACT) integrations.
Strong background in API design, security (OAuth2, JWT), and lifecycle management.
Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional delivery teams in the United States.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Integration Associate).
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project governance.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
