Title: Manager, Integration Engineering

Role Description

Oak Street Health contains a rich ecosystem of applications that each has its unique capabilities. The Integration Engineering team connects the different parts of this ecosystem by building enterprise quality integrations that fuel near-real time patient experiences. This centralized team is also the foundation of Oak Street Health’s Integration Center of Excellence, creating robust design patterns, reference implementations, and reusable building blocks.

As a Manager of Integration Engineering, you will build the teams that create these integrations with an emphasis on quality, scalability, and simplicity. You and your teams will be challenged to bring software engineering practices and patterns to the integration space in order to democratize capabilities across the enterprise.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and guide team in delivering high-quality integrations following strategic patterns

• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering to understand business requirements, define interface contracts, and guide implementation

• Foster a continuous learning environment

• Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years experience with Workato, Boomi, or similar iPaaS, or in a related Software Engineering role

• 2+ years experience building and developing high-performing teams or equivalent leadership experience

• Curiosity to learn OSH’s unique care model and how your work contributes to positive patient outcomes

• Teamwork and empathy to support a collaborative environment where everyone has a voice

• Experience integrating with Salesforce Developer APIs, Kafka, and cloud storage preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent degree / work experience

• US work authorization
