Experience in leading IT and Business operations (e.g, service, resource, and budget management), including rollout of cross-functional new processes and solutions2. Strong written and verbal communication, advanced skills in developing presentation materials, and effective management of executive stakeholders/audience3. Knowledge and experience in managing financial and resource analysis and reports of key metrics across multiple tools or systems4. Proven track record in working with individuals across functions and with partners to integrate complex projects and/or ensure changes work with other components of a specific project; acting as a liaison across departments to communicate information and resolve conflicts in implementation schedules, operational challenges, or other complexities of project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables5. Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
