Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Food Quality and Safety: Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Manage Labor and Food Costs: Oversee labor efficiency, inventory, and controllable expenses to meet profitability goals.

Qualifications & Schedule

• Minimum 3 Years Restaurant Leadership experience
• Full-time position with Monday to Friday, weekend availability, day and night shifts
• On-site role requiring hands-on leadership and team engagement
