  ​This job is a member of the Labor Relations Team within the Corporate Affairs Division.

  ​Responsible for maintaining working partnerships with operational areas, which have organized work groups for the purpose of implementing, maintaining, and administering collective bargaining agreements.

  
  

What you'll do

• 
  
  Provides prompt and effective support on labor-related issues to management within multiple corporate departments
  
  


• 
  
  Manages disputes and negotiates resolutions between union representatives and management
  
  


• 
  
  Negotiates new work rules for organized employee groups
  
  


• 
  
  Manages the administration and interpretation of labor agreements for assigned work group
  
  


• 
  
  Provides support for grievance handling up to and including arbitration
  
  


• 
  
  Develops and maintains responsible relationships with labor organizations representing assigned work group
  
  


•

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• 
  
  ​Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or related field or equivalent experience/training
  
  


• 
  
  5 years experience in HR, Labor Relations, or operational management of unionized employees
  
  


• 
  
  2 years in a supervisory/management position
  
  


• 
  
  Experience or formal training in early dispute resolution strategy
  
  

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• 
  
  ​Previous contract administration and negotiation experience
  
  


• 
  
  Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or related field or Human Resources certification
  
  

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• 
  
  ​Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  
  


• 
  
  Ability to quickly respond to change and communicate new directions to client groups
