In this role, you will lead the design, delivery, and management of comprehensive learning programs aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of employees, volunteers, and fellows. Your work will focus on integrating capacity-building initiatives that align with the organization's vision, particularly in areas such as leadership development and educational equity. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with program leaders to create impactful learning experiences that foster engagement and growth.
Accountabilities
- Design and deliver effective learning programs for employees, volunteers, and fellows.
- Develop and manage L&D strategies and the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and promote L&D initiatives.
- Establish frameworks for measuring the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage training budgets to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in NGOs or social sectors.
- Proven experience in coaching, training, and leadership development.
- Experience in designing L&D programs for diverse audiences.
