Manager Medical Staff Services

Manager Medical Staff Services at Providence Healdsburg Hospital in Healdsburg, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Under the general supervision of the the Director, the Manager of Medical Staff Services is responsible for the daily operations of the Medical Staff Services Department, providing consultation support to Medical Staff leadership, and facilitative leadership with the Medical Staff committees and members. The Manager is responsible for the planning, development and organization of operations of the Medical Staff to meet the requirements of the Medical Staff Bylaws, Joint Commission standards and other applicable federal, state and local regulations and/or accrediting agencies.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years Supervisory experience.


• Experience managing a medical staff department operations and achieving budgetary and other targets set for the department.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Related field or 10 years Medical Staff Manager experience in acute care setting.
