Where You Will Work 

Our Collaboration Hub in the Warehouse District of New Orleans, Louisiana, serves as an important location for our global support groups, including investor relations, finance, engineering, marketing, communications, and information technology. Employees in New Orleans mostly follow a hybrid schedule where they collaborate virtually and may be required to attend occasional in-person meetings or training. The Hub is located inside a beautiful historic building and provides office space, meeting rooms, kitchen and dining space, phone booths, and technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. New Orleans is a popular tourist destination known for its rich history, architecture, cultural arts, music, and cuisine. Many great hotels, galleries, restaurants, and museums are a short walk from the Hub.  

What We Offer You 

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $134,000-$187,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation considerations based on company and individual performance.  Additionally, this position is currently eligible for annual long-term incentive consideration.  Long-term incentives are contingent upon authorized approval under the terms and conditions of the Company's plan and award agreements.  More details will be shared during the hiring process. Click here to view a sample of Total Rewards Estimate for this role.
