Accountabilities
- Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Observability Architects from diverse backgrounds.
- Define, build and execute impactful customer lifecycle frameworks in collaboration with the Engagement Management team.
- Utilize a servant-based leadership approach to maximize your team's potential.
- Oversee retention and expansion efforts.
- Plan, lead and report on team activities based on strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on customer programs and initiatives.
- Act as a thought leader for key customer accounts and internally.
- Understand and contribute to customer strategies for adopting our technologies.
- Ensure customer requirements are met through product management collaboration.
- Manage the cadence of team demonstrations and evaluations for prospective customers.
- Educate users on leveraging the Grafana stack effectively.
- Assist in the development of critical SLA dashboards.
- Articulate the company's value proposition and vision to customers.
- Provide timely feedback to internal teams regarding product performance and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to documentation and create valuable enablement materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of team leadership experience and 5+ years in the high-tech industry.
- Proven track record in mentoring and managing team performance.
- Experience in Open Source selling or product-led market strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Grafana Platform and competing observability products.
- Experience in selling monitoring or data visualization products.
- Creative problem-solving abilities for customer adoption challenges.
- Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to identify and implement timely solutions for customer needs.
- Extensive Grafana deployment design expertise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
