As a Manager of Behavioral Health Education you will develop and Implement the behavioral health curriculum within the St. Joseph Family Medicine Residency Program and facilitate policies and programs that encourage optimal resident and faculty member well-being. Responsibilities include:
Teaching residents fundamentals of stress management, professionalism, and interpersonal communication
overseeing the resident behavioral health rotation
Facilitating regular protected support groups within resident classes and organizing leadership development and residency retreats
Your experience.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Preferred: Doctoral degree in Psychology or other behavioral science area related to health education. (ie PhD, PsyD, LCSW, etc)
Minimum: Master’s degree in psychology or social work with background in behavioral health
Colorado licensed/license eligible. Two years post-doctoral experience in a health care/medical education setting preferred. Previous faculty development/experience desirable.
