Manager of Co-Curricular Programs
Start Date - July 2026
St. Edmund’s Academy seeks a dedicated and dynamic individual to serve as Manager of Co-Curricular Programs. Candidates will demonstrate an enthusiasm for work in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with teachers and administrative staff is essential. This 12-month, full-time staff position will work an adapted schedule to account for afterschool responsibilities and report to the Associate Head of School.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Shaping and executing the vision, strategy, and direction for all co-curricular programming including after-school activities, enrichment programs, and school-based camps.
Supervise recruiting, hiring, and training all associated program staff.
Oversee finances and operations for all co-curricular programming including billing, revenue generation, scheduling, expense management and facilities use.
Collaborates with all relevant community resources (both internal and external) to research, design, develop, and recommend programs that enhance the child’s education and experience at SEA.
Partner with Athletics and Performing Arts to drive the after-school experience for SEA students.
Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, an interest in working with children and their families, and a can-do spirit to positively impact the school community!
A bachelor’s degree is required. Experience in student affairs or education is preferred.
