Our client is a level II MAGNET designated Trauma Facility, is currently seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Manager of their Intensive Care Unit to join their award winning team. Become the Nurse Leader of a team that has a recognized reputation in serving some of the most beautiful Valleys and Coastal Community in the State of CA.

In this position you will:

Be accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of the nursing unit on a 24-hour basis.

Fulfill all duties and responsibilities associates with the unit manager position.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

5 years experience within specialty required, 3 years management experience required.

Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Current BLS-HCP - Basic Life Support - for Healthcare Providers - American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer accepted on hire until card expiration date.

ACLS certification

NIHSS certification

LA Fire Card within 30 days.

Current California licensed Registered Nurse

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN)
