Dealer Relationship Management
Cultivate, strengthen, and expand relationships with auto dealerships to drive loan volume and maintain high standards of loan quality and customer experience.

Dealer Network Development
Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealership partners aligned with the Bank’s lending objectives. Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure smooth integration and sustained performance within the lending program.

Performance Monitoring & Strategic Planning
Evaluate dealership performance data, lending trends, and key metrics to guide pricing strategies, product enhancements, and targeted business development initiatives.

Team Leadership
Lead and develop the dealership lending team, promoting a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Risk Management
Oversee all dealership lending activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and sound risk management practices.

Strong leadership and relationship management skills
Deep understanding of dealership operations and auto finance
Proficiency in credit risk assessment and pricing models
Excellent communication and analytical abilities
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
Basic proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint

• Salary $125k to $185k
