Job Summary: As the Manager of Inside Sales, you will lead the Inside Sales teams to ensure they consistently perform at the highest levels. You will provide strategic vision and direction to a team of Inside Sales Managers (ISM) to establish a culture of excellence. You will interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. You will utilize your understanding of industry trends to inform decision making processes. Your ability to provide leadership and mentoring to the team along with best-in-class service to our dealers will be key for you and your team’s success. To ensure success, Kinetic Advantage will provide you with the training, programs, and technology needed to help your team and Kinetic Advantage achieve its dealer growth and activation goals. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Create and support the execution of customer and partner strategies that establish a sales pipeline capable of achieving specific sales and customer focused targets
Lead a team of Inside Sales Managers and provide them with real time mentoring and support to achieve individual KPIs and company goals
Responsible for full cycle inside sales processes from prospect identification, to lead management, to client acquisition and account activation
Drive CRM utilization and user adoption via activity tracking and reporting
Adopt, review, refine CRM activity tracking and reporting in conjunction with Business Execution and Strategic Initiative team as new functionality is identified
Work closely with sales leadership to develop strategies and key performance metrics, tracking, and reporting for the department, to ensure the Kinetic Advantage consistently achieves its goals
Work with Lending, Risk, and Operations teams to identify opportunities to partner with Kinetic’s Target Dealer to ensure long-term viable customer relationships to drive revenue and reduce future portfolio risk
Listen to calls to find opportunities for training and feedback, up to and including, developing an internal QA process
Conduct ongoing sales training for ISMs to continuously improve sales skills
Work with management peers to ensure initial dealer underwriting and onboarding processes are being followed
Establish a proactive, inspired, and efficient team that prompts a positive company culture, yielding employee retention and increased Sales

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, marketing, or other applicable industry experience
Requirements/Abilities:
Prowess to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated success as a consistent sales leader
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude to think in concepts (strategic) and outside the box (creative)
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Capacity to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient in technology including call center software, Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and maintaining/reporting on CRM records.
Proficient in Salesforce
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to communicate clearly
Ability to operate computer and office equipment, maintain paper files, move about an office environment
