Time Requirements:

This position will require a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Travel Requirements:

A high base-load of international travel is to be expected. Domestic travel will vary.

•    Determine Advancement Prioritization

2.    Supporting Tactic Execution
•    Oversee Execution of International Operations, Sustainability, and Project
Advancement Plan
•    Drive Advancement of Primary Strategies (Results)
•    Track Progress Against Plan (Accountability)

3.    Divisional Advancement
•    Drive International Operations, International Profit Centers, and Project
Advancement Maintain the Business Execution
•    Drive Systematic Results Delivery
•    Maintain Efficiency Measures
•    Sustain Effectiveness Measures

4.    Divisional Alignment 
•    Align International Operations, International Profit Centers, and Project
Advancement Activities
•    Synchronize Pursuit of Priorities
•    Ensure Financial Discipline
