• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience in Labor & Delivery
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
• Strong clinical knowledge of maternal health services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB)
• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives
