LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Manager of Line Maintenance for an opportunity in Coral Gables, FL.
Qualifications and requirements:
10+ years of experience performing hands-on maintenance on large aircraft.
10+ years of experience supervising personnel in aircraft line maintenance in a Part 121 environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid FAA A&P License required.
Extensive 737 repair experience required
B-737 Gen Fam required
Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
Must be willing to work any shift.
Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
