Denver Botanic Gardens is currently seeking a Full Time Manager of Membership in our Membership & Visitor Services Department! Read below to see if the requirements might be a good fit for you:
Position Summary
This position manages the Denver Botanic Gardens membership program and works closely with the department coordinators in the implementation of all stages of the membership program including but not limited to, acquisition, solicitation, benefit fulfillment, benefit events and associated activities. This position will also interact directly and collaboratively with the Visitor Services Manager, Visitor Experience Assistant Manager and Resource Center Manager. This position leads and develops a team of people, ensuring excellence in customer service. This role requires excellent customer service leadership, skills, flexibility and initiative.
