Job Description - Manager of National Enterprise Provider Mobility

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Manager of National Enterprise Provider Mobility. You will lead a team consisting of National Enterprise Account Managers and Incarcerated Veteran Services coordinators. This role is responsible for working with internal departments to optimize provider utilization across all Leidos QTC lines of business in support of our mobile, clinic, homebound, and incarcerated veteran operations. Responsibilities include overseeing the status of operational issues, managing strategies and preparing reports to enhance and optimize our providers supporting traveling and incarcerated veterans’ needs of the Provider Network. Monitors and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.



Primary Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for specific team performance to achieve the operational goals of timeliness, quality, and customer service in support of Providers servicing incarcerated veterans and provider network mobility.

  • Identify and maintain appropriate provider network staffing levels by region, specialty, capacity and adequacy demands in support of a robust travelling provider network.

  • Responsible for the daily operational workflow, to include communication with external and internal customers, resolution of provider network access needs, and identify workflow concerns.



  • Manage processes and procedures to ensure timely and quality completion of work according to client’s contractual obligations.

  • Investigates and resolves non-standard provider requests/issues working with support teams

  • Drives process improvement efforts using innovation, best practices, analytics and root cause analysis to identify and solve provider-based issues for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.



  • Ensure the use of best practice workflows and operational excellence in activities are utilized and seeks methods of automating recurring processes and reporting.



  • Proactively meets with National Account stakeholders to review performance and network needs.



  • Analysis and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis utilization statistics of assigned accounts.

  • Administer and monitor cost effective fiscal controls for contracted services.



  • Responsible for employee recruitment, performance assessments, work assignments, recognition, and if needed, disciplinary actions to ensure the team is meeting assigned objectives.



  • Establish clear performance expectations, workflows, and service standards.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training and development.



  • Oversees daily execution and performance management for Incarcerated Veteran workstreams, ensuring PRF timeliness, credentialing readiness, and queue aging targets are consistently met across the team.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business, Science or related health field, or equivalent experience/combined education required, master’s degree preferred

  • 7 years of experience managing department/teams preferably supervision of remote employees

  • Customer service experience working directly with independent providers in a medical or pharmaceutical environment highly desired, direct healthcare experience preferred

  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

  • Must have the ability to work various hours of the day and weekends as needed

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to travel 20% or more maybe required
