Job Description

A leading food and beverage distribution company is seeking to hire a Manager of Network Services in Fort Worth, Texas. The role is central to guiding the Network Team and ensuring the seamless operation of the company's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in technology, with a specialization in CISCO Systems and firewall management, coupled with a proactive approach to security. Organizational prowess and the ability to manage complex network initiatives are crucial. Strong communication skills are required both internally and externally. Responsibilities extend to managing the team, budget, technological advancements, and maintaining network robustness. This individual will be managing both the operational and project aspects of the network infrastructure. This position offers long term opportunity and is on site in Fort Worth, Texas.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in a direct Networking/Infrastructure management role

Experience managing direct reports

Hands on experience overseeing and planning budget

Extensive experience with CISCO technologies

Background maintaining and implementing Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and IDS systems

Proficient with Ruckus or other enterprise wireless technologies

Experience managing project in an agile environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate within the IT Dept - Experience working within large warehouse environment

Jira experience

Bachelor's Degree null
