Lead all kitchen operations, including patient meal services, café, and physician lounge, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and service. Collaborate with departmental leaders to align foodservice strategies with organizational goals, patient needs, and regulatory standards. Manage staffing plans, training programs, and performance evaluations to build a skilled, engaged, and customer-focused team. Ensure compliance with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and local, state, and national regulations. Other duties as assigned. Drive continuous improvement through operational audits, service quality initiatives, and data-informed decision-making.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Working knowledge of complex, multi-faceted, high volume food service operation. [Required]
• Experience in a customer service environment with demonstrated excellent customer skills. [Required]
• Ability to concurrently manage multiple operations and maintain composure under pressure. [Required]
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and excellent interpersonal skills. [Required]
• Knowledge of patient food service management/nutrition management software and ability to use it at a high level of proficiency. [Required]
• CDM training or current credential. [Required]
Education:
• Associate [Preferred]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Work Experience:
• 2+ of food service position-related experience upon hire [Required]
• 4+ of management and supervisory experience in restaurants or institutional food service upon hire [Required]
• Experience as a patient services supervisor or manager in a healthcare setting. [Required]
