Our outpatient Women’s Services team, located within Waukesha Memorial Hospital, provides comprehensive care for women across a variety of specialties and services. What You Will Do

As the Manager of Operations – Women’s Services, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership for a dynamic outpatient department supporting approximately 41 team members and nine physicians and advanced practice providers.

You will partner closely with providers, staff, and leaders across ProHealth Care to support excellent patient care while helping move new programs, procedures, technology, and operational improvements forward.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of clinical and support staff, creating an environment of accountability, collaboration, and engagement.


• Build strong working relationships with physicians and APPs, serving as an operational partner as the practice continues to grow and evolve.


• Oversee daily department operations, staffing, patient experience, quality, safety, productivity, and financial performance.


• Lead operational projects and implementation of new services, procedures, workflows, and technology.


• Coordinate with internal partners including Finance, Purchasing, Compliance, IT, and other departments to evaluate and implement new initiatives.


• Support business planning for new programs and procedures, including gathering operational and financial information and helping develop recommendations.


• Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, improve workflows, and ensure the department is meeting organizational goals.


• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, monitor financial performance, and make adjustments when needed.


• Guide the team through change with clear communication, thoughtful planning, and strong follow-through.


• Support recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of team members.


• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements while supporting consistently high standards of patient care.
