Owns AAA Hoosier's partnership strategy, budget, and results — from national partnerships activated through AAA Inc. to local and community sponsorships. Leads the summer intern program for all of AAA Hoosier.
This is a relationship-driven role: you will source and negotiate new partnerships, serve as the primary point of contact for sponsored organizations and community partners, and own the systems that keep those relationships organized and on track. You will also lead the planning and onsite execution of sponsorship and community events, ensuring AAA Hoosier shows up consistently and professionally wherever it's represented.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will balance high-level partnership strategy with the hands-on program work — from the summer intern program to member-facing promotions — that keeps the department running day to day. Successful candidates are natural relationship-builders who are equally comfortable pitching a new sponsor and managing the details of an existing one.
