Manager of People Operations

Proven experience in HR management or HR operations, preferably within a multinational company. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. In-depth knowledge of Estonian labour laws and HR best practices. Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational behaviour, psychology or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. Language proficiency in Estonian and English. Russian language competence is considered as an advantage Proficiency in HR software and systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors & Virosoft tools are an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and matrix environment.
