As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Manager of Services and Deployment to lead our warehouse operations and services delivery - someone who thrives on efficiency, quality, and building strong teams.

What You’ll Do

Warehouse Operations

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.

• Implement and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory handling, damage control, cycle counts, and audits.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Services Management

• Develop and manage strategies for flawless execution of 3Eye services including assembly, staging, & kitting, and device provisioning. 

• Drive systems automation and implement SOPs to scale our services practice.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales to enhance service offerings, pricing, and go-to-market messaging.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards in provisioning processes.

Leadership & Strategy

• Manage, coach, and develop warehouse and provisioning staff.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure performance goals are met.

• Partner with procurement, IT, finance, and customer service teams to align operations with business objectives.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Build and manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transport vendors.

• Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve service or logistics issues affecting business operations.
