Our Small Projects and Service Division takes that commitment beyond the build, offering concierge-level maintenance, repairs, and small renovations to clients who trust us with their homes.

We’re looking for a Manager of Small Projects and Service who blends sharp construction instincts with a hospitality mindset. This person will lead a team, serve as the primary point of contact for our VIP clients, and drive the division’s growth.

• Strategic and departmental leadership of the small projects division.
• Client relationship management:
  • Maintain a concierge-level approach to communication, scheduling, and responsiveness.
• Operational oversight:
  • Oversee intake, scoping, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout for all service jobs.
• Quality assurance:
  • Enforce impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail consistent with LPC standards.
• Team leadership and development:
  • Lead and mentor a team consisting of a coordinator and field carpenters/technicians.
• Preventative maintenance and emergency response:
  • Develop tailored home maintenance programs for each client's estate.
• Working cross-functionally:
  • Coordinate with the General Contracting, Subcontracting Division, and Executive Leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• 15+ years in commercial or residential construction with 7+ in leadership capacity.
• Proven track record managing luxury commercial or residential projects or service teams.
• Strong field knowledge of building systems: structural, MEP, AV/Smart Tech.
• Polished communication skills; adept at working with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet).
• OSHA 30, PMP, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, or related credentials preferred.
