The Association of Former Students engages and inspires the Aggie Network for Texas A&M University in perpetuating the Aggie Spirit. Through our Annual Fund, as well as other revenue streams, we provide scholarships, endowments, emergency student loans, and awards for faculty excellence. Our Manager of Stewardship and Gift Services will support our mission through building and strengthening relationships that support continued growth.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required: Familiar with data integrity requirements of a contact management system. Familiarity with information privacy requirements. Previous work experience that required discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information. Strong customer service and organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism. Ability to work effectively as part of a team of unique personalities. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work some evenings and weekends and to travel periodically for events, meetings and receptions.
Preferred: Advanced software skills, including the Microsoft Office suite and a Salesforce-based database.
PHYSICAL CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit or stand for long periods on occasion and carry objects up to 10 pounds. The ability to work at a desk with frequent use of keyboard and monitor. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
Required: Bachelor’s degree. Three or more years of customer service experience. Three or more years of management experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. Stewardship experience withing the nonprofit and higher education sectors.
