Manager on Duty

Description of the role:
The Manager on Duty at Salt Fork Lodge will be responsible for overseeing Wednesday-Sunday 2nd shift operations and ensuring the smooth running of all departments. They will be the go-to person for guest relations and will provide assistance in front desk, restaurant, gift shop, golf course, marina, housekeeping, and maintenance areas.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during Wednesday-Sunday 2nd shift
- Provide assistance and support in various departments
- Handle guest relations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and quality

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of various departments within a lodge/resort setting
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends
