Manager on Duty (Supervisor) - Launch Entertainment 19-21/hr | Part-Time | Now Interviewing

Launch Entertainment Norwood is hiring a Manager on Duty to help lead daily operations and make sure every guest (kids and parents alike)has a great experience. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll run shifts, lead a team, and be the person staff and guests count on to keep things running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including opening and closing duties


• Supervise, train, and support staff on shift


• Monitor safety protocols and ensure a clean, well-maintained facility


• Ensure guests receive friendly, responsive service at every touchpoint


• Handle scheduling, reports, and inventory management


• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally


• Act as a liaison between staff and management, modeling Momentum's core values

PAY & SCHEDULE

• 19-21/hr (based on experience)


• Part-time


• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and people skills - comfortable managing a team and connecting with guests


• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure


• Self-motivated, dependable, and well-organized


• Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent


• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs


• ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
