What you will do:

• Lead month end operations and close out of all branches


• Become an expert for new operations processes and procedures


• Manage branch operations specialists to provide coverage to all necessary branches


• Act as liaison between branch operations & central distribution center operations


• Identify needs and training opportunities for branch operations specialists


• Collaborate on regional month end calls 


• Collaborate with sales operations managers and other cross functional teams to support sales & customer satisfaction

What you will bring:

• 5 years of Industry/ OneSource experience 


• Advanced knowledge of OneSource Operations and Eclipse


• Proficiency using O365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities and communication skills 


• Self-motivated and teamwork focused


• Desire to improve processes and associate performance

Location: This role is based in California/Remote

Work hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary Range: 

• This is an exempt position that pays $85,000 - $120,00 annually. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
