Manager, Operations Support - Integrated Channel

Job Description - Manager, Operations Support - Integrated Channel

Who We Are

In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.

Who We Want

Lead daily operations and team performance for account opening and maintenance, ensuring accurate processing and timely, high-quality service to advisors and relationship managers. Manage workload, develop team members, resolve complex issues, and improve processes to support a consistent advisor and client experience.

•Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and develop team members through clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance management. Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and cross-training to strengthen expertise and maintain service coverage.
•Operations & Workflow Management: Oversee account opening and maintenance activities, assign work, and balance priorities based on volume, complexity, and deadlines. Monitor outstanding requests and projects to ensure timely completion and consistent service quality.
•Service & Escalation Management: Serve as the management escalation point for complex account issues, processing delays, and service concerns. Partner with advisors, relationship managers, custodians, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and coordinate follow-up.
•Quality & Compliance: Monitor processing accuracy, documentation, and adherence to company policies, custodian requirements, and applicable industry standards. Identify recurring errors and operational risks, implement corrective actions, and escalate concerns to appropriate partners.
•Process Improvement & Training: Maintain consistent procedures and oversee the development of training materials and operational documentation. Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve system use, reduce errors, and increase team capacity.
•Performance & Reporting: Establish and monitor service expectations, turnaround times, productivity, and quality measures. Communicate results, workload trends, staffing needs, and improvement recommendations to leadership.
•Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
