As the Manager of Post Life Services at our Madison, WI site, you will lead multiple teams that support toxicology studies, ensuring exceptional scientific quality, streamlined operations, and a collaborative, empowered team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead supervisors and teams across necropsy and histology operations
• Ensure all procedures meet GLP, SOP, regulatory, and client expectations
• Partner across sites to optimize processes, training, and resource planning
• Drive continuous improvement and implement new methods and operational enhancements
• Develop and mentor supervisors, support career growth and engagement
• Manage equipment, facilities needs, and cost center financial performance
• Collaborate with counterparts across North America and Europe to harmonize standards
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with internal teams and external clients

What You Bring

• 8+ years of related laboratory experience
• 3+ years of management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development
• Associate degree in Life Sciences (experience may substitute for education)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day operational leadership
