Job Description - Manager, Premium Sales & Service

Location: Boston, MA | Full-Time | Reports to: Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service
Job: Exempt, Full-time

The Role

The Manager of Premium Sales & Service is responsible for the continued growth and development of the premium sales & service department. This role will lead corporate sales efforts within the team, with the primary focus of selling individual game suite rentals as well as selling and servicing annual suite leases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce ticket and suite sales revenue through high volume of prospected corporate leads, phone calls and face to face meetings
  • Meet or exceed weekly hustle goals
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with any projects that impact suite holders
  • Collaborate with VP of Ticket Sales & Service on corporate sales campaigns
  • Evaluate market trends to create suite sales opportunities
  • Sell and manage relationships with annual suite partners
  • Collaborate internally to create premium membership platform
  • Upsell and cross sell book of business
  • Meet or exceed individual and team revenue goals
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of ticket or suite sales experience preferred
  • Motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for corporate sales
  • Experienced seller with motivation to make a high volume of phone calls and execute face to face meetings with the Greater Boston corporate community
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset, with a coachable attitude
