Your efforts will be pivotal in transforming our manufacturing processes and ensuring outstanding product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction of front-end wafer quality across both the local site and Micron's global organization.
• Develop, align, and complete long-range strategies to meet evolving technology requirements.
• Actively monitor, control, and reduce air and surface contamination to improve product quality.
• Collaborate closely with process areas and process integration teams to resolve complex contamination issues and prevent future occurrences.
• Partner with process development and engineering teams to assess and manage risks associated with integrating new materials into the wafer processing environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within process quality or a similar engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of wafer fabrication processes and contamination control methods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful long-term strategies.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
