If this is YOU\u2026keep reading!\n\nRoles and Responsibilities: \n\n * Manage a team of Program Planning \u0026 Scheduling Analyst\n * Perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews\n * Develop direct team knowledge and depth\n * Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.\n * Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.\n * Provides weekly status and reporting\n * Conducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits\n * Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:\n * DCMA 14-point\n * IPMR DI-MGMT-81861\n * NDIA EIA-748 32 Guidelines\n * Earned Value Management System (EVMS)\n * Critical Path Methodology (CPM)\n * Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)\n * Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis\n * Ability to perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and make recommendations to solve problems\n * Ability to create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership\n * Ability to effectively work with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager\n * Ability to travel ~20% of the time\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree and 7 years of Planning \u0026 Scheduling, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering experience; OR Master\u2019s degree with 5 years of of Planning \u0026 Scheduling, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering experience\n\n * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance\n\n * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s Degree in a Business and/or STEM (Science, Technology Engineering or Mathematics) discipline\n\n * Experience with Microsoft Project Server environment\n\n * Knowledge of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development; Schedule Risk\n\n * Some Finance knowledge\n\n * Experience and knowledge in both EV Cost and Schedule Management\n\n * Experience with the Assessment (SRA) approach and execution\n\n * Excellent 2-way communication skills (upward and downward)\n\n * Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees, management, and executive leadership\n\n\n\n\nOur Leaders at Northrop Grumman live our values daily and encourage our teams to do the same. We also offer exceptional benefits/healthcare, a 9/80 schedule, and a great 401K matching program.\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $119,900.00 - $179,900.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
