Manager Programs 3

Manage the cost, schedule and technical performance of multiple development projects Support capture management team in pursuit of new business opportunities Establish milestones, roadmaps, and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules Ensure effective identification and management of issues, risks and opportunities. Build and sustain an effective, engaged, and integrated team in a complex, geographically dispersed, partner-rich, and dynamic environment Bachelor's degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below. Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in: project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related 5 years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period, as determined by business needs. Current access to a Special Access Program (SAP) 2 years' experience in profit & loss (P&L) program management on a DoD program STEM degree Functional Management experience Risk and opportunity management experience Proposal management experience Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification 4 or more years of experience as a CAM Long term strategy development experience
