Manager Project Management 2 - Infrastructure

Must have 8 years of relevant experience with bachelor's degree OR 6 years of relevant experience with master's degree OR 4 years of relevant experience with Ph.D. Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. Experience with using Microsoft Office tool suite; Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Experience with developing PERT and Gantt charts Experience integrating across multiple teams and functions Experience with SharePoint Experience in an aircraft manufacturing environment Demonstrated knowledge of Earned Value Management System Experience managing capital and / or indirect budgets Certified Control Account Manager (CAM) Experience using Jira, Kanban Experience with iBuy Experience in facilities / construction Demonstrated excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task Demonstrated success leading multiple projects, simultaneously
