Manager, Projects (Construction)

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Manager, Projects for our Construction projects out of our Dallas office.

 THE ROLE

The VIXXO Manager, Projects is responsible for managing large and small multi-site rollout programs for store lists ranging from 10 to 10,000 and revenue up to $5M. This individual will manage a small team.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for time of completion of programs in accordance with plan, scope and local code.


• Interface with clients on a daily basis to define program requirements. Develop scopes of work, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, and quality control.


• Assist in vetting subcontractors for programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in facilities or retail project or construction management


• Management experience, customer service, convenience store (C-store) background a plus.


• PMP, HVAC-R a plus but not required.
