We are seeking an experienced Manager for our Protection and Control Engineering team with responsibility for system event analysis and PRC-004 compliance. This role involves overseeing engineers responsible for analyzing protection system operations, performing system disturbance analysis, and developing required reports, and corrective actions in accordance with NERC PRC-004. The Manager will work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and compliance teams to identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure continuous improvement of protection system performance. A degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with substantial experience in protection system analysis. The role requires strong leadership and team management skills. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates’ relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
