Manager, Real Estate & Facilities — Nashville (In-Office/ 25% Travel to SOP Markets)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee lease management, renewals, and negotiations for all partner practice properties
   
• Manage site selection, lease terms, and construction for new and expanding locations (De Novo & Acquinovo)
   
• Lead property improvements, renovations, and capital projects
   
• Own data tracking for lease terms and space planning
   
• Build strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and internal teams
   
• Present real estate strategy updates to executive leadership
   

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of multi-site real estate or lease administration (healthcare or retail preferred)
   
• Deep knowledge of lease terminology, CAM reconciliations, and lease management software
   
• Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills
   
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally
   
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
   

Bonus Points For:

• 4–8 years in a similar role
   
• Experience in construction oversight & site assessments
   
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
