• Oversees all training and guidance for all travel agents and clerks.
•  Oversees efficient scheduling and coverage for retail department.
• Oversees the travel services provided for Corporate Level Management in accordance with defined policies.
•  Responsible for developing new group travel packages.
• Responsible for marketing and promoting weekly travel packages specials.
• Handles complex customer issues in order to resolve customer concerns efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Handle personnel-related matters, including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and discharging team members.
• Analyze inventory levels, prepare store and conduct quarterly inventory according to policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked gift shop and warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• At least 4 years of Sabre computer experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be thoroughly knowledgeable about the product lines and retail operations.
• Must be skilled in analyzing, projecting, and implementing a budget.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
